Secure PIN system

DataDotDNA identification technology permanently identifies your property with either a tamper-proof PIN or custom identifier such as a business Name and ABN. After applying DataDotDNA, and you have a PIN identifier, you must register it with the DataDotDNA National Register.

The DataDotDNA National Register is the largest secured database of its kind, and is accessed by major insurers, the Australian Federal Police, State Law Enforcement and the National Motor Vehicle Theft Reduction Council to assist in identifying stolen property.

It is very important that you register your unique PIN on the DataDotDNA National Register. Once your details are entered, this will allow Australian Police to use the information to return stolen property to its rightful owner.

Online registration only takes a few moments and your details are securely stored (View Privacy Policy). Registration can also be completed manually and mailed back to DataDot Technology for entry. Form available within DataDotDNA pack.

STEP ONE

After selecting the above link this page will load on your screen.

STEP TWO

Select the DataDotDNA product applied from the list. If you have applied the Home or Business Pack, select the Home/Business Accessory Pack option which will open a new window as below.

Enter your DataDotDNA PIN. Located on the packaging eg AU08H0078XX

STEP THREE

After entering your DataDotDNA PIN the below screen will appear.

If you have used a DataDotDNA Home Pack please use your drivers license number or medicare number or if you have applied the DataDotDNA Business Pack please use your ABN or ACN in the ID Number field.

Once completed, hit the “Next” button at the bottom of the page.

STEP FOUR

Once you have entered your details, the below screen will appear confirming your details. To complete the registration process, select the “Submit Registration” button at the bottom of the page and registration is complete!
